I left a law firm to open my solo practice law office in 2002 so I can devote all my attention to the needs of my clients. Before practicing law, I held positions in senior management with several California child support service organizations, where I worked closely with legislations so I have special insights into legislative intents. And I worked effectively with government and private attorneys. Besides J.D. with Distinction, I also have an MBA as a Salutatorian which gives me the skills in case management and financial analysis. And I have a B.A. in Communications and went through several mediation and negotiation programs which helps me get the best deals for my clients.

I handle the full range of family law matters, including:
• Divorce and Property Division. I help my clients, men and women, at all stages of divorce and property settlement, from pre-separation consultation to the initial filing through negotiations to trial and post-judgment modification or enforcement. .
• Child Custody and Visitation. I will help you negotiate a custody and visitation plans that are in the best interests of your children while protecting your rights as parents.
• Child Support and Spousal Support. I will work with you to ensure that your child support order complies with California guideline. I will also work with you to ensure that your spousal support order complies with the California standard.
• Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements. If you are planning to get married, or are already married, and concerned about your rights and obligations, I can help ease your concerns by drafting and executing a prenuptial or postnuptial agreement.
