My Child Custody and Visitation Practice
I work with custodial and non-custodial parents to negotiate and reach a feasible child custody and visitation arrangements that are in the best interests of your children while protecting your rights as parents. I will work closely with you to make certain that all the needs of your children are properly considered, including educational, medical requirements, religious considerations, cultural issues, personal concerns, and other special needs.
I handle custody and visitation issues at all stages of a divorce or legal separation process, from the establishment of temporary custody and visitation orders while your divorce is still in progress to requests for modification or enforcement of custody and visitation orders once a divorce is final. I also help clients find ways to deal with such challenging issues as the relocation of a parent and the move away of the children.
Before practicing law, I held positions in senior management with several California child support service organizations, where I worked closely with legislations so I have special insights into legislative intents. And I worked effectively with government and private attorneys to help better serve the needs of children and family. Besides J.D. with Distinction, I also have an MBA as a Salutatorian which gives me the skills in case management and financial analysis. And I have a B.A. in Communications and went through several mediation and negotiation programs which helps me get the best deals for my clients.
